Capital of Austria, situated on the banks of the Danube, home to one of the biggest cultural districts in Europe, city of Music, Vienna’s imperial past is still very visible today. First, tour Schönbrunn Palace, the spectacular Baroque summer residence to the Habsburg rulers, then travel with our local guide to the city center and around the 4 kilometer long Ringstrasse - to marvel at the majestic architecture of the Imperial Palace Hofburg, the State Opera House, the Museum of Fine Arts and Vienna University. Continue to St. Stephen’s Cathedral, built in 1147 A.D. and see its gigantic roof and tall, Gothic tower.
