FITNESS WORKSHOP (NFC) From beginner to advanced. “Getting fit” is among the most popular New Year’s resolutions and for many good reasons. Exercise is a major health and mood booster. It helps the heart by raising “good” HDL cholesterol levels, lowering blood pressure, reducing body fat, and strengthening the entire cardiovascular system. Exercise can also reduce the risk of developing dementia in people over 65, energize people who have diseases, and people who exercise tend to have less trouble sleeping at night. Exercise may be the closest thing to a fountain of youth. Not only do studies show that regular activity strengthens your muscles and improves heart and lung functions, but it can also slash your risk of major diseases, stimulate the growth of new brain cells, and add years to your life. A daily workout in their impressive atmosphere, with lighting technology, cutting edge equipment and energetic décor will turn any cardio or strength training into a real sports experience. Safety and well being are Vitaclub’s top priority. Each facility is staffed with helpful personnel and equipment use guidelines. A visit to their revitalizing sauna or solarium will round of any personal workout. The opportunity to add a dose of high energy and motivational exercise classes is always available. From Vitaclub’s dynamic Pilates to relaxing Yoga, the variety of classes are a fun, interesting and challenging alternative to typical weight and treadmill routines. A full schedule of classes is ofered daily at each club. The end goal is to lead a healthy and active lifestyle.
A wide variety of professional Austrian Trainers, Instructors and Spotters are at your disposal whenever needed. Individual classes have specifc teachers, certifed in the subject of the class (Yoga, Pilates, etc.).
REQUIREMENTS AND ADDITIONAL FEES
Open to participants ages 16+ interested in physical ftness and exercise. Designed to attract people at all levels (beginning to advanced) of workout experience. Participants attend Vitaclub on their own accompanied by CSA Staf during their frst visit), when they want and for how long they desire. Participants
are required to sign a release form (acknowledgment of risk), purchase medical insurance, and provide a medical release form from their personal physician. : Approximately $100 paid by participant directly to Vitaclub for a monthly membership pass which includes use of sauna and gym (all equipment) as well as attendance to Yoga and Pilates classes. for special specifc training classes may apply and may also include and are not limited to exercise clothing, proper shoes, special exercise equipment (personal mat for yoga, etc.). NOTE: Vitaclub’s hours are 7AM-10:30PM Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays; 8AM-10:30PM Tuesdays & Thursdays; and 9AM-8PM on Saturdays & Sundays.
