REFUNDS / CANCELLATION POLICY
If a participant must withdraw for health reasons or any other emergency prior to April 1, 2010, a full refund, less the $500 application fee, will be made upon receipt of written cancellation by April 1, 2010. After April 1, 2010,
CSA will retain that portion of payment which has already been committed or paid to various agencies. Up to 100% of the airline ticket price may be levied. Cancellations within 40 days of departure or “no show” at the time of departure will result in forfeiture of the entire cost of the program and all add-ons, if any.
Trip Cancellation insurance is
highly recommended and will be available. All cancellations must be received in writing. In the unlikely event that last-minute circumstances make it impossible for
CSA to carry out its program, a refund will be made.
CSA will make no refund in the event of a supplier delay, overbooking, cancellation, or non-used portions of services.
