Applicants are required to have two character references sent along with (or under separate cover) the Reservation Form in order to accelerate acceptance procedures. Acceptance is based on academic/employee standing/background, maturity, letters of academic and/or character recommendation, and personal motivation. Those interested in participating on THE SLICE OF HEAVEN TOUR are not required to provide references (acceptance is automatic for this non-course/workshop enrollment tour). Reservations are accepted as long as vacancies remain. If there are no vacancies at the time the reservation is received, the applicant is so notified and placed on a waiting list, if desired. The deadline for accepting reservations is March 26, 2010 (if after this date, please call to inquire).

All reservations will be acknowledged in writing and sent along with a detailed Personal Data Form (with complete Agreement & Responsibility information) and a list of CSA's Procedures & Regulations (willingness to comply with the rules of the Program is necessary for acceptance).
